Requirements
at design stage

  • If the raised access floor is to be designed for loads exceeding 10 kN/m²
  • If the raised access floor is to be supplied with steel pedestals, mounting brackets for cable trays, HVAC services, etc.
  • Maximum permitted deflection of bearing profiles, e.g. L/300 where the floor finish is required to be anti-static, such as Bergvik Laminate or equivalent.
  • If floor tiles need to be adapted according to the installed equipment.
  • That the substructure with cleaning and plenum clearance shall be included in the delivery.
  • That as-built documentation, including CAD as-built drawings, shall be provided to the client no later than 3 weeks after final delivery.
  • That static load calculations shall be presented together with the as-built documentation.
