Tech Floor® - Specifications
PEDESTALS
Our Tech Floor® is constructed from nominal floor heights
on adjustable (±1 inch/25 mm) steel pedestal supports. Our pedestal
supports utilize a conductive plastic pad which simultaneously locks both
the floor panel and leg support into position. Steel pedestal supports
and their associated components are zinc plated (Zn 8 minimum).

STABILITY AND SUPPORT
For extra stability and support, as well as for floor heights from 14 to 20" (350 to 500 mm), intermediate steel stringers of U section are recommended. If you plan to fit large amounts of cable trays/ladders and power/signal cables under the raised floor, or if there is a risk of tipping when removing several floor panels, our Iso Floor® raised floor system is recommended.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Our floor panels with Bergvik Laminate are provided in a standard size of 600 x 600 mm (23" 5/8 square). Also available are ventilated floor panels, stairs, ramps and guard rails, as well as border/fascia panels in a variety of surface finishes, with light gray solid finish being the standard.

LOADING CRITERIA
Tech Floor® is designed for an uniform distributed load UDL
of 12 kN/m2 (247 lbs/sq. ft.) at a floor height of maximum 600 mm (23
5/8 inches) including U-channel stringers (supports at c/c 600 mm / 23
5/8 inches).
