The purpose of the program is to increase customer satisfaction and generate repeat business by providing excellent installation quality of Iso floor projects, thanks to properly trained and certified installation personnel.

The program consists of two parts that can be ordered separately or in a combination:

A coffee break during the theoretical part of the training.

Training:
A four day training course consisting of theoretical (one day) and practical lessons (three days). The theoretical lesson deals with installation methods, documentation, tools, quality and safety. The Practical exercises consist of installation of an Iso floor, either in a lab environment or at a customer site.
A course completion diploma will be given to the successful students.

Certification:
The certification has three different levels (L1 through L3) depending on skills and experience. It consists of a written and an observational assessment.
Level 1:
Newly trained installation personnel, minimum 70% on written test.
Level 2:
Installers with 6-12 months experience and fulfilling the evaluation criteria.
Level 3:
Installers with 6-12 months experience as level 2, fulfilling the evaluation criteria and demonstrating leadership skills.
An ID badge showing the certification level is provided to the successful candidates.

Training and Certification.
The above parts can be combined depending on experience level of the candidates.

Apart from delivering the training and certification at specific markets upon request, Bergvik is also looking into establishing annually scheduled training at our facilities in Sweden and South Africa.

Course participants included personnel from Atemi, Tanzania, Comtec, Kenya, Elris, Kenya, Whizz, Bangladesh and Quantum, South Africa.
