Fast Floor®

Direct laminated floorboards for mezzanines, compact archives, storage rack warehouses and similar facilities. Fast Floor® 38-DH allows for clear span joints between joists.

Fast Floor® laminated floorboards are the functional and esthetically attractive flooring which suits such applications as mezzanines, archives, offices, storage rack warehouses and similar facilities.

Fast Floor® floorboards are delivered as a standard with a multi layered laminate, which will provide an extremely wear resistant and easy to clean floor. In addition, the laminated surface is resistant to harsh chemicals, and maintains a high level of color fastness.

The laminate is NOT anti-static, resistivity value is only about (1x10¹¹) ohm .

Fast Floor® floorboards are available in two thicknesses, 38 and 22 mm, and are available in a variety of color patterns.

Fast Floor® floorboards with 38-DH (double tongue and groove perimeter) is laid directly on steel girders or wooden support beams with a c/c distance of up to 1200 mm and bolted into place.

Fast Floor construction allows for joining between the floor joists, which minimizes waste. No gluing between floorboards is required.

Fast Floor® 22-DH with a single tongue and groove all around, is laid directly on wooden joists with a c/c distance of 600 mm, or on corrugated steel plate (CSP), and bolted into place.

Fast Floor® floorboards are environmentally safe (<10 µg/m3 formaldehyde) and fully recyclable.
